Abstract

This paper is a study of the different hypotheses presented up to the present to try and explain reasons for the withering / drying up of oak trees, a serious problem which is taking a high to11 in our oak forests. Initial and follow-up studies have been carried out in N.W. Albacete on the different conditions that we have then used as parameters. Next, relationships have been established among these parameters and, finally, various conclusions have been reached.
